AC Boost Pre-Application

Thank you for your interest in AC Boost! Please note, the information you submit on this Pre-Application will be used to determine your program and preference eligibility, and the information you provide will be verified when you complete a full application. Each household can only submit one Pre-Application so please be sure you are submitting accurate information.

 

Once you have submitted the Pre-Application, you should receive an email from ACBoost@hellohousing.org with your unique lottery number and information about the Educator/First Responder preference you claimed. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of submitting your Pre-Application, first check your SPAM filter. If you still do not have an email from AC Boost, or if you find any incorrect information with regard to the preference you claimed, please email us at ACBoost@hellohousing.org immediately or call (510) 500-8840. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech-impaired, please email us at ACBoost@hellohousing.org for assistance.

Please note that in order to complete the Pre-Application, you will need to know one government-issued ID number (such as a driver's license) for each adult in your household and your household's current approximate gross annual income and title household assets. You will not be able to save and return to the Pre-Application, so please ensure that you have this information available before you begin.

Please also note that the Pre-Application form works best using Chrome, Safari or Firefox as your browser.

The current Pre-Application deadline is May 15, 2024.

Language Access Options

  • The online version of the Pre-Application form is in English. The Pre-Application is available to download in Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese or Tagalog, using the links in the language sections below. To request a paper version of the Pre-Application in any of these languages or in English by mail, please fill out this form - AC Boost Paper Pre-Application Request. Please Note: Paper Pre-Applications must be post-marked by the deadline of May 15, 2024.

  • La versión en línea del formulario de pre-solicitud está en inglés. Haga clic aquí para bajar una pre-solicitud en español. La pre-solicitud debe enviarse por correo a la dirección que se muestra en la página 1 del formulario y la fecha de matasellos en el sobre debe ser al más tardar la fecha límite de la pre-solicitud para el período actual de pre-solicitud de AC Boost.

  • 预申请表的在线版本是英文版。 點擊此處下載中文預先申請表。並且郵件上的郵戳日期，一定不能遲過 AC Boost 預先申請開放期的截止日期，才能進行申請。

  • Phiên bản trực tuyến của mẫu Đơn đăng ký trước bằng tiếng Anh. Nhấp vào đây để tải Đơn đăng ký trước xuống bằng tiếng Việt. Bạn phải gửi Đơn đăng ký trước qua thư đến địa chỉ ghi ở trang 1 trên biểu mẫu và thư phải được đóng dấu bưu điện trước hạn chót để gửi Đơn đăng ký trước để tham gia chu kỳ Đơn đăng ký trước hiện hành của AC Boost.

  • Ang online na bersyon ng Form ng Pre-Application ay nasa Ingles. I-klik ito para ma-download ang Bago-ang-Aplikasyon sa Tagalog.  Ang Bago-ang-Aplikasyon na ito ay kailangang maisumite sa pamamagitan ng koreo sa lokasyon ng tirahan na makikita sa pahina 1 sa pormas at kailangang maipadala bago ang takdang petsa ng Bago-ang-Aplikasyon para sa kasalukuyang panahon ng Bago-ang-Aplikasyon ng AC Boost.
