The latest updates on AC Boost and the coronavirus
We at Hello Housing are doing all we can to to be proactive in preventing the spread of the coronavirus, while remaining steadfast in our commitment to support our AC Boost applicants, homebuyers and homeowners.
As of March 16th, Hello Housing staff are working remotely. We are not able to support drop-ins or in-person pre-closing meetings at our 1970 Broadway location until public health officials advise otherwise. However, as always, please contact us and a member of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that due to school and childcare closures, our response to non-urgent inquiries may be somewhat delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
Are you delivering a paper AC Boost Application?
Because our physical offices are now closed, AC Boost documents must either be submitted through the AC Boost Web Portal or be mailed to our P.O. Box. Our mailing address is:

Are you currently in contract for a home?
You should be receiving an email with information about conducting your pre-closing meeting with a Hello Housing staff member using Zoom, an free online video conferencing tool, or by phone. As of today, County staff remain available to sign and notarize the necessary loan documents.
