Additional Down Payment Assistance Resources
AC Boost applicants can combine their AC Boost loan with other down payment assistance programs that have been approved by Alameda County. Down payment assistance loan programs that have already been approved for "layering" with AC Boost are listed below.
Also listed below are grant programs that can assist with down payment and/or closing costs. Grants do not need to be paid back, so grant programs do not need to be approved in advance by Alameda County.
Please note that funding for these programs may be limited and the eligibility criteria may differ from that of AC Boost. It is recommended to contact the program administrators of these programs to find out if funds are currently available and if you qualify. It is also important to check with your AC Boost Participating Lender to determine if they are able to combine these programs with their loans.

Black Wealth Builders Fund - loans of up to $15,000

Down Payment and Closing Cost Grant Programs:

Bank of America Down Payment Grant Program - grants of up to $10,000 or 3% of purchase price (whichever is less) towards down payment - contact an AC Boost Participating Lender with Bank of America for additional details.

Bank of America Home Grant Program - grants of up to $7,500 for closing costs - contact an AC Boost Participating Lender with Bank of America for additional details.
