Find an AC Boost Participating Lender

Applicants who apply for AC Boost funding must be able to qualify for a first mortgage from a Participating Lender. A Participating Lender will have completed an AC Boost Lender Training and are prepared to review your application for your first loan. Please note that a pre-approval letter is not be required as part of the Pre-Application but must be included as part of the AC Boost Program Application submittal.

Please check the list below to find a lender that's right for you. If you are already working with a Lender who would like to become a Participating Lender, please refer them to our For Lenders page to learn how and encourage them to RSVP to one of our upcoming Lender trainings.

You can search the list below to find lenders who are also approved with Alameda County's Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program. An MCC provides income eligible first-time homebuyers with an opportunity to reduce the amount of federal income tax they owe each year they own and live in their home. The MCC assists a family in qualifying for a higher first mortgage, with no effect on monthly expenses. ATTENTION: as of February 2023, Alameda County is not able to receive and process any new MCC applications due to no funding available from the State for this program at this time.
