Households can borrow up to $210,000 in the form of a shared appreciation down payment assistance loan to buy a home in Alameda County. No payments due during the term of the loan, making the mortgage payment affordable.
AC Boost is no longer accepting Pre-Applications.
The Pre-Application period closed on May 15, 2024.

What is AC Boost?
AC Boost is a down payment assistance loan program designed to help households afford to buy a home in Alameda County. The program is administered by Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department ("HCD") with funding provided by county voters through Measure A1. AC Boost is managed by nonprofit organization Hello Housing.
